Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Graders and Sorters for agricultural products, specifically wool fleece. The successful candidates will inspect and grade wool based on quality, color, and texture, playing a critical role in our textile manufacturing process.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the grading of wool fleece and ensure accuracy.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Follow all company policies and procedures regarding wool handling.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement in grading.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

Requirements

Education

• Matric Certificate
• Relevant Technical Qualification is an advantage

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in agricultural grading or textile manufacturing.

Languages

• English: Fluent
