Job Description

Join us as a Diversity and Inclusion Officer, where your primary goal will be to drive efforts around diversity, equity, and inclusion. You will identify areas for improvement and partner with leaders across the organization to implement effective strategies to enhance our workplace culture.

Responsibilities

• Co-create and roll out strategies for a diverse and inclusive recruitment process.
• Evaluate metrics related to diversity initiatives and inclusivity across teams.
• Collaborate with external partners to enhance outreach and impact of D&I efforts.
• Organize workshops and seminars focused on diversity-related topics.
• Engage with employees to gather insights and feedback on D&I programs.
• Develop training frameworks aimed at promoting inclusive behaviours among staff.
• Monitor compliance with D&I policies and recommend necessary changes.
• Promote engagement with community groups to enhance organizational commitment to diversity.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Master's in Human Resources Management preferred

Experience

• More than 3 years in a D&I leadership role or similar HR function

• Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
