Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Customer Support Representative to join our team in Cape Town. The role involves managing customer inquiries, providing assistance, and ensuring satisfaction with our services.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer queries across various communication channels.

  • Engage with customers to provide tailored support.

  • Assist with onboarding new customers as needed.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric Certificate or equivalent
  • Relevant degree or diploma is a plus
Experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service or related roles
