As an Architect with our firm, you will have the opportunity to lead design projects from concept to completion. A successful candidate should be proficient in design software and demonstrate strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design charrettes and brainstorming sessions for innovative concepts.
• Implement sustainable practices in project designs.
• Review and critique designs and implementations to ensure excellence.
• Enhance presentations and proposals to clients.
• Assist in the selection of materials and finishes for projects.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in architectural practice

Technical Skills

• 3D Modeling Software
• Building Codes Knowledge

Soft Skills

• Team Leadership
• Project Management

Certifications

• LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in Sustainable Design Practices: Knowledge of sustainable design methods and green building practices.
• Familiarity with Local Building Regulations: Strong understanding of local building codes and ordinances.
