Responsibilities

• Lead the development and delivery of employee training programs both online and in-person.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development or Instructional Design
• Relevant certifications in adult education is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role with proven results
