Job Description

As an HR Generalist, you will be a vital part of our team, handling a variety of HR functions to ensure our organization operates smoothly. You will play an essential role in recruitment, talent management, and employee relations, contributing significantly to our positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the recruitment process, including job descriptions and posting.
• Monitor employee performance and assist with annual review processes.
• Support employee development programs and initiatives.
• Handle employee relations matters and compliance with labor regulations.
• Oversee the application of disciplinary procedures and performance improvement plans.
• Contribute to a diverse and inclusive workplace culture.
• Compile and analyze HR metrics for ongoing improvement.
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops.
• Assist with payroll processes and benefits administration.
• Support the HR Manager in strategic HR planning.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in human resources management

• Professional in Human Resources (PHR)
