As the First Aid Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive first aid programs within our organisation. You will lead training initiatives, ensure compliance with health regulations, and consistently evaluate emergency response strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the first aid response initiatives during emergencies.
• Review and update first aid policies regularly.
• Act as the point of contact for all first aid-related inquiries.
• Establish metrics for assessing first aid program success.
• Facilitate ongoing professional development for the first aid team.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Emergency Management or a related field
• Advanced certification in first aid is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in leading emergency response teams
