Legal Counsel

Job Description

As a Legal Counsel at Legal Advisors Ltd., you will be responsible for providing legal guidance on a variety of matters including contract law, compliance, and corporate governance. You will work closely with clients to develop effective legal strategies and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage legal disputes and advise on settlement options.
• Collaborate with external counsel and stakeholders as needed.
• Provide training on legal compliance and risk management.
• Review and amend company policies to ensure legal compliance.
• Participate in client meetings and provide legal insights.

Requirements

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent
• Additional certifications in corporate law are preferred.

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in legal practice, particularly in corporate law.
