Job Description

We are on the lookout for a proactive Customer Success Manager to join our vibrant team in Pretoria. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring our customers derive maximum value from our products. You'll be their primary point of contact, supporting their journey from onboarding to achieving their goals.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring they feel supported from day one.
  • Conduct regular business reviews to assess customer satisfaction and product usage.
  • Work closely with product management to relay customer feedback and needs.
  • Provide timely responses to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Proactively recommend solutions to optimize customer experience.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products to effectively educate customers.
  • Drive customer engagement with resources such as webinars and newsletters.
  • Analyze customer data to predict needs and identify proactive solutions.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Master’s degree in Business or a related field is an advantage
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles with a focus on customer success

  • English: Fluent
