Job Description

Join our dynamic legal team as a Corporate Lawyer, where you will utilize your legal expertise to provide sound advice on corporate law and compliance issues. You will work closely with clients, guiding them through legal processes and advocating for their needs in negotiations and disputes.

Responsibilities

  • Interpret legal documents and provide practical advice to clients.
  • Manage a diverse caseload with varying complexity.
  • Work closely with other legal professionals to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Draft regulatory filings and compliance reports.
  • Advise on intellectual property matters as they relate to corporate clients.
  • Review and negotiate partnership and joint venture agreements.
  • Develop strategies to minimize legal risks for corporate transactions.
  • Prepare for client audits and regulatory inspections.
  • Evaluate potential legal risks associated with business decisions.

Requirements

Education
  • LLB or equivalent legal qualification
  • Further specialization in Corporate Law would be beneficial
Experience
  • 4-6 years of experience in corporate legal practice
