Job Description

As an HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organizational culture and implementing HR strategies that promote employee satisfaction and performance. You will lead HR initiatives, drive talent management, and ensure compliance with employment laws, all while fostering a positive workplace environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead HR projects that enhance organizational design and employee experience.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to promote best HR practices.
  • Support succession planning and leadership development initiatives.
  • Implement health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Monitor employee turnover and develop retention strategies.
  • Facilitate change management processes.
  • Advocate for workplace diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  • Ensure smooth transitions during mergers and acquisitions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and regulations.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee grievances and feedback.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Social Sciences
  • Master's degree in Business Administration is an advantage
Experience
  • 5+ years of proven experience in HR management
