Job Description

We are seeking a Support Desk Analyst to join our Durban team. You'll be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our customers while troubleshooting issues related to software and hardware. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a knack for solving problems.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to user inquiries and troubleshoot reported issues.
  • Keep up-to-date with product releases and changes to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Train and guide clients on software updates and new features.
  • Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) in all interactions.
