Responsibilities

  • Aid clients in troubleshooting issues with products and services.
  • Follow up with customers post-interaction to ensure their concerns are adequately addressed.
  • Record and track customer inquiries and resolutions.
  • Engage in ongoing training to stay updated with product knowledge.
  • Provide feedback to improve customer service processes.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma; degree in communication or related field preferred
  • Customer service training certification is desirable
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in customer support roles
