As a Veterinary Surgeon in our busy Durban clinic, you'll be responsible for diagnosing and treating various animals, performing surgical procedures, and promoting animal health. We're looking for someone passionate about animal welfare and skilled in managing a wide range of medical conditions.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat various animal medical conditions.
• Perform surgeries and dental procedures.
• Monitor and manage inpatients and outpatients.
• Provide preventative care and immunizations.
• Educate pet owners on animal care and health.
• Conduct physical examinations and diagnostics.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
• Manage emergency cases and provide critical care.
• Collaborate with veterinary technicians and support staff.
• Participate in community outreach and educational programs.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine
• Postgraduate qualification in Veterinary Surgery preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 4 years in veterinary surgeries and procedures
