In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of clinical trials, ensuring that all aspects are compliant with protocols and regulatory standards. You will engage with participants, compile and analyze data, and work alongside a multidisciplinary team to facilitate meaningful research that shapes patient care.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation and conduct of clinical trials.
• Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with clinical standards.
• Maintain oversight of data collection procedures.
• Coordinate with other departments to facilitate trial procedures.
• Train site staff on protocol requirements and procedures.
• Provide detailed reports on trial progress and outcomes.
• Ensure that all necessary regulatory documents are in order.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's in Nursing or Health Sciences
• Master's degree in Clinical Research or equivalent is highly regarded

Experience

• 4+ years in clinical research or related field
