We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Representative to join our dynamic team in Port Elizabeth. Your primary role will involve assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service to enhance the customer experience. Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and support.
  • Actively listen to customers to understand their needs.
  • Provide guidance and support on product functionality.
  • Utilize CRM software to track customer inquiries.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss service improvements.
  • Assist in onboarding new customers as needed.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Communications is an advantage
Experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in a customer service position.
