Job Description

The Presiding Judge is responsible for overseeing and managing court proceedings, ensuring fair adjudication while upholding the law. This role requires a balance of authority and fairness, guiding legal processes and decisions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee courtroom proceedings to ensure compliance with legal standards.
• Evaluate evidence and legal arguments during trials.
• Facilitate communications between court staff, attorneys, and judges.
• Supervise the preparation of case files for hearings.
• Ensure that justice is administered fairly and impartially.

Requirements

Education

• Law degree from a recognised university
• Master's in Law is preferred

Experience

• 10 years of legal practice, particularly as an attorney or in judicial roles.
