Construction Manager

Job Description

We are on the lookout for a dedicated and experienced Construction Manager who will oversee various construction projects from conception to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with all health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and supervise all phases of construction.
• Ensure project timelines are adhered to and milestones are achieved.
• Conduct site meetings and ensure effective communication among stakeholders.
• Identify potential project delays and implement proactive measures.
• Review architectural drawings and specifications for accuracy.
• Train and mentor junior team members.
• Ensure environmental and sustainability practices are implemented.
• Foster a safe working environment by promoting health and safety protocols.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
• Master's degree in a related field is preferred

Experience

• 5 to 8 years of proven experience in construction management roles

• Construction Manager Certification Institute (CMCI)

Languages

• English: Fluent
