Job Description

As a Construction Logistics Supervisor at Construction Solutions Ltd., you'll oversee all logistics operations within our construction projects in Johannesburg. This role is pivotal in ensuring that materials and equipment are delivered on time, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of our projects.

Responsibilities

  • Direct and manage all logistical aspects of construction projects.
  • Oversee the procurement and distribution of materials and supplies.
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure project timelines are met.
  • Conduct risk assessments and ensure mitigation strategies are in place.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and technological developments in logistics.
  • Assist in budget preparation related to logistics and supply chain.
  • Ensure that all logistics activities comply with health and safety regulations.
  • Foster strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain Management
  • Bachelor's degree will be preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in logistics coordination, preferably in the construction sector.
