Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to support our HR functions and enhance employee engagement within our organization. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess a strong understanding of HR policies and procedures. Key responsibilities will include recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Drive recruitment strategies and job fairs to attract new candidates.
• Handle employee grievances and mediate conflicts.
• Develop and maintain job descriptions and performance evaluations.
• Audit HR practices for compliance and effectiveness.
• Design and implement employee recognition programs.
• Foster a positive company culture by promoting inclusivity.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• HR Certification (e.g., CIPD) would be beneficial

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in HR management
