Job Description

We are seeking a proactive HR Generalist to join our dynamic team in Port Elizabeth. The successful candidate will manage various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. Responsibilities

  • Execute the recruitment lifecycle from job posting to candidate selection.
  • Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Facilitate a seamless onboarding process for new hires.
  • Conduct training sessions on HR policies and employee benefits.
  • Analyze employee surveys to drive improvements in workplace culture.
  • Maintain compliance with reporting standards and labor laws.
  • Enhance communication between management and employees.
  • Contribute to HR strategic planning and workforce management.
  • Assist in the development of health and wellness programs.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Experience
  • 4-6 years of experience in human resources management
