Job Description

We are looking for an HR Generalist to drive our HR initiatives and support employee engagement efforts. You'll work closely with department heads to implement policies and practices that align with our organizational goals. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all aspects of the recruitment process from job postings to interview stages.
  • Ensure adherence to labor regulations and HR best practices.
  • Provide support for employee development initiatives.
  • Act as a liaison between management and employees for HR concerns.
  • Monitor and update company HR policies and procedures.
  • Conduct exit interviews to gain feedback on the employee experience.
  • Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Drive employee wellness programs and initiatives.
  • Advise and support managers in handling performance issues.
  • Create a culture of open communication and continuous feedback.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Master's degree in HR Management is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years in HR generalist or recruitment role preferred
