Job Description

As an HR Generalist in Durban, you will manage the day-to-day HR functions, drive performance management and ensure alignment with business goals. This position requires solid knowledge of HR policies, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with management to identify staffing needs.
  • Ensure effective employee onboarding and orientation processes.
  • Provide support in performance reviews and goal setting.
  • Educate employees about HR policies and compliance.
  • Manage employee benefits and payroll processes.
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops.
  • Prepare various HR reports for management.
  • Support initiatives for employee engagement and retention.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • HR certification is advantageous

  • 3+ years of experience in HR roles
