Job Description

Join our dynamic team as an HR Generalist! You will handle various HR responsibilities, including recruitment, on-boarding, performance management, and employee relations. Your efforts will help shape a productive and inclusive work environment at HR Solutions Group.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the recruitment strategy to attract top talent.
  • Conduct training needs analysis and coordinate training programs.
  • Serve as the point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies.
  • Monitor and report on training program effectiveness.
  • Manage compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
  • Assist in developing and implementing succession planning.
  • Evaluate employee engagement initiatives and suggest improvements.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
  • Coordinate employee recognition programs.
  • Support management in change management initiatives.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • HR-related certifications or training will be advantageous
Experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR roles with a generalist focus
