Shoe Stainer

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Shoe Stainer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for staining and finishing leather shoes to meet customer specifications while ensuring the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Stain and finish leather shoes following customer preferences.
• Clean and prepare shoes effectively before staining.
• Accurately mix colors to create custom shades for clients.
• Evaluate and adjust the quality of stained shoes as needed.
• Manage inventory of supplies and order when necessary.
• Maintain all tools and equipment in excellent condition.
• Work closely with the design team to understand client needs.
• Participate in weekly team meetings to discuss production goals.

Requirements

Education

• Experience in leatherworking or related field preferred.

Experience

• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
