The Mechanical Maintenance Foreman plays a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our mechanical equipment and machinery. Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and oversee maintenance activities for all machinery.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Engage with cross-departmental teams to coordinate maintenance efforts and minimize production interruption.
• Perform diagnostics on malfunctioning equipment and provide solutions.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and safety within the maintenance team.

Requirements

Education

• National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification
• Trade Tested (Mechanical Fitter) would be advantageous

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a mechanical maintenance role, preferably with supervisory experience.

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics: Hands-on experience in hydraulic and pneumatic systems will be an advantage.
