Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative based in Pretoria to join our dedicated team. In this role, you'll be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction. You will act as the first line of support for customers, guiding them through various processes and assisting in finding solutions to their needs.

Responsibilities

  • Provide knowledgeable answers to customer questions.
  • Assist customers with account-related issues.
  • Work with the technical support team to help resolve complex problems.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures during customer interactions.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
  • Assist in the training of new staff members.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric or equivalent qualification
  • Diploma in Customer Service or Business Administration is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a customer service role
Technical Skills
  • Knowledge of customer service best practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Languages
