Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Support Representative to provide outstanding service to our clients in Port Elizabeth. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, with a knack for problem-solving and excellent communication skills. You will work closely with our customers to address queries and resolve issues, ensuring they receive the best possible experience with our services.

Responsibilities

  • Handle a high volume of incoming calls and emails.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
  • Maintain customer records by updating account information.
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers and ensure their satisfaction.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Degree in Business Administration or related field is an advantage
Experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service or support role
Technical Skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • CRM Software Experience
Soft Skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Problem-solving
Languages
  • English: Fluent
