Responsibilities

  • Provide technical assistance regarding product issues.
  • Assist customers with order placements and tracking.
  • Monitor and report on customer feedback trends.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service.
  • Support team initiatives to improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Create reports on service issues and resolutions.
  • Engage in active listening to understand customer needs.

Requirements

Education
  • Matriculation with further studies in Customer Service
  • Degree in Business Administration or a similar field is beneficial
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer support role
Technical Skills
  • Familiarity with help desk software
  • Basic troubleshooting skills

Languages
  • English: Fluent
