Responsibilities

• Observe and document patient changes and report to relevant healthcare staff.
• Assist in medical procedures and ensure proper use of clinical equipment.
• Stay updated with the latest nursing practices and healthcare trends.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing improvements in patient care.
• Support administrative tasks as necessary, including scheduling and patient files.
• Deliver training and support to new nursing staff.
• Encourage patient participation in their own care.
