Join our Bloemfontein office as a Cybersecurity Specialist, where you will implement security measures to safeguard sensitive data. Your expertise will play a key role in maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of our information systems.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and recommend new security technologies to improve cybersecurity defenses.
• Work with third-party vendors to ensure compliance with security standards.
• Create and maintain documentation for security processes and incidents.
• Monitor network traffic for unusual or suspicious activity.
• Stay updated on the latest security trends and threats affecting the industry.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity or Information Security
• Master's degree in Cybersecurity is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in cybersecurity roles with a focus on incident response

Technical Skills

• Malware Analysis
• Penetration Testing

Soft Skills

Certifications

• Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH)
• Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Conversational
