The Airline Station Agent is responsible for assisting passengers at the airport. This role involves ticketing, luggage check-in, boarding, and ensuring excellent customer service to elevate the travel experience.
Responsibilities
Check-in passengers and issue boarding passes.
Manage baggage processing and provide relevant information.
Assist with customer service tasks to enhance passenger experience.
Collaborate with ground crew to ensure smooth operations.
Document any incidents or feedback from passengers for review.
Provide updates on flight status to passengers.
Educate passengers on safety regulations and procedures.
Participate in training programs to enhance service delivery.
Remain knowledgeable about airline policies and procedures.
Requirements
Education
Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent
Diploma in Travel and Tourism (preferred)
