Job Description

We are seeking a proactive HR Manager to lead our HR initiatives in Durban. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in HR management, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. Your role will encompass the development, implementation, and evaluation of HR policies and programs to foster a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute HR strategies that align with business goals.
  • Lead the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
  • Handle performance appraisals and provide coaching to managers.
  • Create programs for team building and conflict resolution.
  • Stay up to date regarding changes in employment legislation.
  • Prepare HR reports and presentations for senior management.
  • Enhance employee retention through engagement initiatives.
  • Manage the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Conduct exit interviews to gather insights for improvement.
  • Promote a positive working environment through various initiatives.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Master's degree in HR or related field is advantageous

  • 5+ years of experience in HR management
