Join our team as a Restaurant Manager in Durban! We are looking for an enthusiastic leader with a strong background in the hospitality industry. Your role will be to ensure that our restaurant operates smoothly and efficiently while delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of staff to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
  • Optimize operational efficiency and contribute to cost-reduction initiatives.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings and trainings to reinforce service standards.
  • Ensure that restaurant policies are followed and upheld.
  • Maintain a welcoming atmosphere for all guests and manage reservation systems.
  • Analyze sales data and trends to inform marketing strategies.
  • Implement promotions and special events to attract new customers.
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the restaurant.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Culinary Arts or Restaurant Management
  • Related degree is an asset

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in a similar role
