Job Description

As a Technical Support Specialist at Tech Support Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in assisting clients with their technical inquiries and troubleshooting issues across various platforms. Ideal candidates will possess excellent problem-solving skills and a strong understanding of technical concepts, ensuring that users receive prompt and effective support.

Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound support requests and ensure a prompt response.
  • Assist clients in setting up and configuring hardware and software.
  • Resolve technical issues while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Keep up-to-date with product changes and updates to assist clients effectively.
  • Analyze client feedback to propose product enhancements.
  • Provide training sessions for clients on using our technology solutions.

Requirements

Education
  • IT Diploma or equivalent qualification
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role

Languages
