Job Description

We are in search of an experienced Paralegal Team Lead to oversee a group of paralegals within our dynamic legal department. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in legal procedures, document preparation, and team management.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise day-to-day operations of the paralegal team, managing workflows and assignments.
  • Ensure all legal documents are meticulously prepared and submitted in accordance with legal standards.
  • Provide guidance and training to improve the team's efficiency and legal competencies.
  • Engage in legal research to assist in case preparation and document drafting.
  • Collaborate with legal professionals to discuss case management and compliance issues.
  • Assess team performance and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Assist in maintaining client relationships and actively participate in case discussions.
  • Evaluate ongoing legal projects for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in Law or equivalent field
  • Specialization in Corporate Law is beneficial
Experience
  • 7+ years of experience in legal support roles, emphasizing team leadership.
