Responsibilities

• Innovate and implement engineering solutions for infrastructure projects.
• Evaluate the environmental impact of engineering activities.
• Ensure the integrity and sustainability of construction materials.
• Lead project meetings and manage multidisciplinary teams.
• Conduct quality assurance checks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assess and manage budgetary constraints and project timelines.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
• Master's degree in Civil Engineering is advantageous

Experience

• 4-6 years of relevant experience

Technical Skills

• Structural Analysis Software
• GIS Software

• Effective Communication
• Negotiation Skills

Certifications

• Registered Professional Engineer (Pr Eng)
• Certified Construction Manager (CCM)

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Setswana: Basic
