Job Description

As a Learning and Development Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our workforce's capabilities. Your responsibilities will include developing educational materials and managing training sessions to ensure all employees are well-equipped for their roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of company-wide training initiatives.
• Conduct research on best practices in training and development.
• Work closely with HR to integrate training into performance management.
• Monitor employee performance post-training to assess skill improvements.
• Create interactive training experiences that enhance employee retention.
• Build relationships with employees to encourage feedback on training programs.
• Offer one-on-one coaching and guidance for career development.
• Prepare reports on training effectiveness and ROI for the management team.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development or Psychology
• Relevant certifications in training are preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in corporate training and development
