Job Description

As an HR Generalist in Durban, you will be responsible for handling various HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, and employee relations. The ideal candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills and a thorough understanding of HR policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the hiring process from job creation to onboarding.
  • Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Implement performance management systems and provide coaching.
  • Support training sessions and workshops for staff development.
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of employee records and HR databases.
  • Assist in the development of HR policies and employee handbooks.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Postgraduate diploma preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years of progressive HR experience
