Job Description

We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Manager to spearhead our online sales strategy in Cape Town. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing e-commerce platforms and will be responsible for driving sales growth, optimizing user experience, and overseeing digital marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Direct the strategic planning of the e-commerce business to achieve sales goals.
  • Maintain oversight of all e-commerce operations to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Create engaging content for product promotions and marketing initiatives.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of e-commerce marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Participate in trade shows and industry events to promote brand awareness.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate e-commerce success.
  • Lead the development of innovative solutions to enhance customer experiences.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Master's degree preferred

  • 5+ years of experience in e-commerce and digital marketing
