Job Description

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with solutions to their inquiries and ensuring their overall satisfaction. You'll work in a vibrant team environment, helping to foster strong relationships with our clientele while striving for excellence in customer care.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Education
  • Matriculation or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of customer service experience preferred
