Job Description

We are currently seeking a Customer Support Representative to join our Pretoria team. The successful candidate will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, providing product information, and resolving issues effectively. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver prompt and courteous service to all customers.
  • Handle returns and exchanges according to company policies.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to enhance customer experiences.
  • Track customer satisfaction through surveys and feedback.
  • Assist in the creation of customer support documentation.
  • Actively seek to resolve customer complaints and issues.
  • Promote company products and services to customers.
  • Attend training sessions to stay updated on new products.
  • Engage with customers to build rapport and loyalty.
  • Participate in team-building activities and initiatives.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 2-3 years of relevant customer support experience
