We are looking for a skilled Fern Picker to join our passionate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently picking and sorting ferns while adhering to quality standards. Must be able to work in a team and thrive in outdoor conditions.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently harvest ferns while sorting based on quality criteria.
• Support team efforts in ensuring the preservation of harvested ferns.
• Communicate any operational needs to supervisors promptly.
• Participate in regular safety checks and training sessions.
• Assist in packing and preparing ferns for delivery.
• Work closely with other team members to achieve collective targets.

Requirements

Education

• No formal qualifications are required for this role.

Experience

• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not mandatory.
