Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist who will effectively address customer inquiries and support requests. You will play a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty. Responsibilities

Requirements

Education
  • Matric Certificate or equivalent
  • Diploma in Customer Service or similar preferred
Experience
  • 2-3 years in a customer support role, preferably in a technical environment
