Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will manage HR activities, implement effective policies, and ensure compliance with labor laws.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire recruitment process from job postings to onboarding.
  • Manage and resolve employee relations issues, fostering a supportive work environment.
  • Conduct performance reviews and support continuous feedback culture.
  • Ensure the organization adheres to labor laws and ethical standards.
  • Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
  • Track and report on HR metrics to inform strategic decisions.
  • Drive initiatives for enhancing workplace culture and employee satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
  • Promote diversity and inclusion within the workplace.
  • Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities.
  • Evaluate and improve benefits and compensation packages.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
Experience
  • 7+ years of HR experience with managerial responsibilities
