Job Description

As the Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for developing effective HR strategies and initiatives that align with our company goals. You will lead recruitment efforts, manage employee relations, and ensure compliance with labor laws, making a significant impact on our business operations.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation processes to ensure smooth integration.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Monitor compliance with organizational policies and provide appropriate training.
  • Conduct regular audits of HR processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with leadership to address employee feedback and concerns.
  • Manage employee conflict resolution processes and promote a culture of open communication.
  • Analyze compensation and benefits data to ensure market competitiveness.
  • Facilitate talent development and succession planning initiatives.
  • Develop strategies for enhancing employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Ensure a smooth offboarding process for exiting employees.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
  • Master's degree in Human Resources Management is desirable
Experience
  • 5+ years in human resources with leadership experience
