Job Description

As a Hotel Manager in Johannesburg, you will oversee all aspects of hotel operations, from budgeting and staffing to guest relations and marketing. We are looking for a dynamic leader who can drive performance and enhance guest experiences while ensuring operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of hotel events and promotions.
• Assess and report on operational performance metrics.
• Handle guest complaints and work to ensure a positive resolution.
• Develop and oversee the hotel's marketing and social media strategy.
• Facilitate communication between departments to ensure excellence in service delivery.
• Maintain relationships with local businesses and tourism entities.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Postgraduate diploma in Hotel Management is preferred

• 5+ years of experience in senior management roles in the hospitality industry
