Job Description

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment cycle from job description creation to candidate onboarding. We’re looking for someone who knows the local market well and can identify and engage top talent. Your role is pivotal in shaping our workforce to align with our strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

• Implement creative strategies to attract diverse talent.
• Facilitate onboarding and training of new employees.
• Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and third-party vendors.
• Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Review and refine job descriptions for clarity and effectiveness.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Sociology is preferred
• Relevant HR certification is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role.

• English: Fluent
