Job Description

We are seeking a proactive HR Generalist to join our team in Sandton. The ideal candidate will have experience across a range of HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. You will be pivotal in driving our HR strategy and ensuring a supportive environment for our employees.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee recruitment and selection processes to attract top talent.
  • Advise management on HR policies and employee relations issues.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover data for insights.
  • Facilitate health and safety training and ensure compliance.
  • Collaborate with managers to identify training needs and career development opportunities.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately.
  • Implement staff engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Assist in salary benchmarking and job evaluation processes.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • HR-related qualifications preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a generalist HR role
