Job Description

As a Learning & Development Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the learning culture within our organization. You will design, implement, and evaluate training programs that enhance employees' skills and align with business goals. The ideal candidate will have a knack for identifying learning needs and creating engaging training materials.

Responsibilities

  • Design innovative training programs that enhance employee performance.
  • Facilitate training sessions and support employees in their learning journey.
  • Collect feedback from participants to improve future training sessions.
  • Develop metrics to measure the ROI of training initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational training needs.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or Human Resources
  • Master's degree in Education or Organizational Development is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in corporate training and development
